V. Maintenance issues worth noting
1) in the actual maintenance, refrigeration solenoid valve rarely fails. Even if there is a failure, generally due to the solenoid coil burned and caused. Compared with this, the impurities caused by the failure is relatively small.
2) After the solenoid valve coil burned, if the entire solenoid valve is replaced, the low-pressure area refrigerant must be discharged into the high-pressure area. The easy way is to put the coil of the new solenoid valve directly on the body of the old solenoid valve.
3) The rated voltage of the solenoid valve is divided into two kinds of 220V and 380V, pay attention not to mix the installation, the maintenance personnel who are not experienced enough are prone to this error.
4) In the solenoid valve re-energized state, never allow the coil from the valve body to take off. Otherwise, the coil is very easy to overheat and burned.
